Terms

The Dissertation Writer's Retreat is designed to give students an environment to work on their dissertation and provides resources to help them with the writing process. The Dissertation Writer's Retreat and PhD ASSIST do not guarantee the product produced by the participant will meet specific guidelines of the participant's institution. Participants should work directly with the institution in which they are enrolled to be sure they understand all expectations. It is understood that all work product is the responsibility of the participant, and there is not guarantee such work will be accepted by any institution or organization.

PhD Assist may, at any time, without notice or liability for refund, payment or compensation or credit except as provided herein, cancel the Dissertation Retreat, change the date or (Retreat) time of arrival, change the meeting venue, shorten the Retreat or substitute lodging. Attendee shall have no claim against PhD Assist, and PhD Assist shall not be liable (whether for damages or a refund, payment or compensation or credit of any kind) for hotel or meal charges, travel expenses or other loss, delay, inconvenience, disappointment or expense whatsoever in such circumstances, except as follows:

• (A) If PhD Assist cancels the Retreat before it has started, it will refund the Retreat price (less any air or accommodation charges incurred).

Right to deviate from schedule, cancel activities and change procedurs or processes.

Except as otherwise provided herein, PhD Assist may, for any reason, without notice or liability for refund, payment, compensation or credit:

• (A) Deviate from the scheduled itinerary
• (B) Cancel or modify any activity for any reason, including but not limited to inclement weather, labor disturbances, or safety reasons in the sole discretion and judgment of PhD Assist

Accordingly, You should not make any important arrangements or meetings based on the scheduled, which may change without liability to PhD Assist. If You pay PhD Assist an amount above the Retreat fee for an activity that is cancelled by the provider, You will be limited to a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled activity.
